University Gives Actress Chinwe Splendor 48 hours Ultimatum to Return Certificate.

Most graduates hold their tertiary education certificates with pride, but for actress Chinwe Splendor, this joy is threatened as her alma mater issues an ultimatum following her controversial interview.

In a revealing podcast hosted by Chijioke ‘Yanbaba Comedian’ Igwendu, Ms Splendor shared her unconventional path to graduation, including allegations of engaging in illicit activities to pass her courses.

The fallout from the interview has been swift, with the management of her university reportedly ordering the revocation of her certificate, identified through her Facebook page as Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra State.

Ms Splendor admitted to engaging in prostitution to support her education, citing financial hardships within her family. She confessed to sleeping with lecturers and skipping lectures, relying on alternative means to pass her exams.

Expressing remorse, she cautioned against following her example and emphasized the importance of diligent study.

Following the interview, Ms Splendor received an email from her alma mater demanding the return of her certificate within 48 hours, a request she vehemently opposes, asserting that she earned it through hard work.

The controversy escalated as Ms Splendor made unsubstantiated claims about real estate CEOs and female realtors, resulting in the arrest of the podcast host and the termination of his ambassador deal with a real estate company.

As the saga unfolds, Ms Splendor faces scrutiny and backlash, highlighting broader concerns about academic integrity and accountability within the education system.
